Appendices

The appendices gather the data, technical specifications, and supplementary-context essays that support the thesis but would interrupt the main argument if carried inline. They are organised into nine thematic clusters (Appendix A to I), ordered from theory and exposition through to data; within each cluster the individual appendices are numbered (A.1, A.2, …) and can be read on their own.
